Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.hamshdeskmate.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products (office supplies) from the Site. By placing an order with Hamsh Deskmate, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 

1. General Conditions

1.1. Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. 1.2. Product Information: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. 1.3. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. 

2. Purchase and Order Fulfillment

2.1. Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. 2.2. Product Availability: All orders for products are subject to availability. If any items in your order are unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund or a suitable alternative. 2.3. Cancellation by Hamsh Deskmate: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information. 

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

3.1. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are considered final for that transaction, except in cases of obvious error (see 2.3). 3.2. Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: * Credit Card Payments: All credit card transactions are processed securely by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store any of your full card details. * Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on specified orders up to a maximum value as determined by us. You agree to pay the exact order amount in full to the delivery agent upon receiving your office supplies. Failure to pay may result in restrictions on future COD orders. 3.3. Currency: All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams. 

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

4.1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed to you at the time of checkout. 4.2. Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery that are beyond our control. 4.3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from the Site pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 4.4. Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges. 

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Return Policy: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. 5.2. Faulty/Damaged Goods: If you receive office supplies that are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at connect@hamshdeskmate.com with details of the product and the defect. 5.3. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 7 business days. 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and digital downloads, is the property of Hamsh Deskmate or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Hamsh Deskmate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products procured using the Site, except as expressly provided in the Terms. 

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.
